The only tool you need is a spanner. The headboard & footboard have brackets that are pre-attached to them. There are a total of 8 bolts which will need to be loosened. Once they are loose, you can hook the side rails in and then tighten the bolts. Then you need to place the supplied centre bar in the U-brackets which are also pre-attached to the headboard & footboard Note: There is no centre bar for a 3ft bed. Lastly, Place the slats across the bed (there are no screws needed to fix these in place). PLEASE NOTE THESE ITEMS REQUIRE SELF ASSEMBLY.

All deliveries are to the front door of your property (the couriers are not insured to enter private residences in case of a trip/fall or damage to your personal belongings). Deliveries only take place Monday to Friday. If there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging. If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you swiftly.

Please notify us within writing within 7 days. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbor or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.
